napa river that's expected to rise and really impact some of the low valleys in that particular area. you'll notice the showers are stretching all the way into the north bay over towards vallejo, even just got done dealing with a very strong storm there. more is on the way. rainfall totals have been impressive. anywhere from 1.5 inches in san jose up to 5.5 inches in santa rosa. up to 4 to 5 inches additional rain is on the way for tomorrow. we'll time all of this and let you know when and what is going to be the heaviest of this final series of storms to move through the bay area in just a little while. >> thank you, anthony. there are also flight concer there are also flood concerns on the napa river. today in downtown napa, the river is running at just 12 feet. that is well below flood level of 25 feet. >> you know, tomorrow i think is the day that we're kind of worried about more than any day this week. because it's the end of the big, supposed to be storming pretty bad. but we're not too concerned. >> the city of napa is invested extensively in flood protection improvements

in napa still county still closely watching the napa river. but there's good news -- the river is expected to stay below flood stage. several roads cover a peach orchard and several other vineyards were flooded. >> deer park, silverado, pretty flooded, where the peachtrees are. >> reporter: and st. helena, recorded almost 4 inches of rain in just 24 hours. the flood warning for the russian river has been canceled. forecasters say it will not jump over the banks near guerneville. sonoma county opened an emergency operations center just because of flooding after the daker it passed. >>> 7:03. pg&e expects to restore power today to most of the areas experiencing outages from yesterday's storm. the utility has returned power to another 200 customers in the past two hours. the north bay and east bay regions now have 625 without power and the east bay, 595 and the south bay, 655, still in the dark. >>> police say a chase started hen they tried to stop a car speeding in san jose. it turns out the suspect, 27- year-old rohilio pena, ran on foot. he was caught and arrested. >>> also, two chp office

of other people had to be rescued. napa valley tremendous rainfall there. napa river up and over its floodbanks. the sacramento river also in flood stage. in some cases, almost a foot and a half of rainfall in this five-day period. raining right now in seattle to portland. not raining right now in sacramento and san francisco. but that will likely change as we get through tomorrow, at least tonight into tomorrow. yesterday, punch was pretty strong and you saw the damage from that. our next system about to come in. it will start in the pacific northwest tonight and tomorrow morning and eventually drift down to the south. shouldn't be as strong as far as wind and rain like what we saw the past three. also big issue with fog this morning across the great lakes, down across the southeast. very, very warm from across the eastern sector of the u.s., and with that comes a little bit of fog. >> that's so unusual for california, isn't it? a lot of times reporting there. in that area like that to that degree. thank you for the update. >>> congress heads back to work this morning as the clock i
